Please note that for warranty service, you must send the product postage prepaid, with proof of purchase.
In the event that your product needs repair after the warranty period, an Authorized Service Centre can furnish a written estimate upon request (rates vary between facilities). Due to the possibility of damage or loss, we recommend shipping via insured parcel post or courier.

Casio is not responsible for the memory contents of any device under going repair nor for goods damaged or lost in transit to our repair facility.
