Popular Casio Calculators Now Available in Variety of Color Combinations to Suit Any Style

DOVER, NJ, APRIL 30, 2014 — Casio America, Inc. is pleased to introduce a style switch-up in its universal calculators, including the fx-260, fx-300ES PLUS, fx-9750GII and fx-9860GII. They are introducing a variety of colors to pick from including, pink, black, blue, gray, and white. Students and teachers can choose calculators that fit both their education needs and their personal style preference.

Whether students are working on fractions or plotting algebraic equations on graphs, Casio’s calculators provide enhanced technological features necessary to solve these types of problems, and more. The latest color additions include two of Casio’s widely popular fraction and scientific calculators, the fx-260 and fx-300ES PLUS. The fx-260 is an all-purpose scientific calculator with 144 built-in functions, now available in pink and black. It is small enough to fit in a student’s pocket but strong enough to solve polynomial and trigonometric equations. Available in pink, blue and black, the fx-300ES PLUS is a standard scientific calculator. It is designed for middle school and high school students who are focusing on General Math, Trigonometry, Statistics, Algebra I and II, Pre-Algebra, Geometry, and Physics.

Casio’s key graphing calculators – the fx-9750GII and the fx-9860GII - are also available in new color combinations. Available in pink, blue and white, the fx-9750GII is an easy to use, durable calculator that provides probability, regressions, and unit conversion functions as well as pie charts and bar graphs. Designed for grades six through twelve and available in pink and gray, the fx-9860GII offers a large, high-resolution screen with icon-based menus. The fx-9860GII also has a LCD backlight for superior visibility when viewing in a dim environment. Furthermore, it provides enhanced technological features such as a built-in spreadsheet which includes a graphing function that can be used for problems that require plotting points on a graph or entering x-data and y-data in a table.
